Data corrections
If you’ve found an error on osharecord.org, please include the specific page URL, the value you believe is wrong, and — if you have one — the record or citation you think is correct. Because our data originates with OSHA Severe Injury Reports and ITA Form 300A summary data, the fastest fixes are ones we can verify against that source.
Media inquiries
Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite OSHARecord data. For press inquiries, please email contact@osharecord.org with your publication name, angle, and deadline. We are happy to provide context, review numbers before publication, or point you to the underlying public record.
